Justin Bieber lahir di Strartford, Ontario, Kanada, 1 Maret 1994 adalah penyanyi Pop dan R&B. muda asal Kanada. Ia dibesarkan seorang diri oleh ibunya, Pattie Malette.

Justin memiliki bakat dan minat musik yang cukup tinggi. Dia menguasai terompet, piano, gitar, dan drum yang dipelajarinya sendiri sejak kecil.

Kehidupan Pribadi

Orang tua Biber bercerai, dan Bieber mempunya saudara tiri bernama Jazmyn. Bieber sekarang tinggal di Atlanta, Georgia, kampung halaman Usher, bersama ibunya untuk mencapai cita-citanya berkarir di dunia musik. Sahabatnya di Atlanta, Christian Beadles, juga sering mengirim video ke YouTube. Bieber mengaku sempat berpacaran dengan kakak dari Christian, seorang gadis bernama Caitlin, namun ia juga mengatakan bahwa mereka sudah putus.

Karier

Pada usia 12 tahun, Justin mengikuti kontes menyanyi di kotanya, Stratford, dan memenangkan juara kedua. Sejak itu dia mulai mendokumentasikan penampilannya dan mengunggahnya di Youtube, untuk teman-teman yang tak sempat melihatnya tampil. Pada beberapa videonya, Justin menyanyikan lagu-lagu beberapa penyanyi ternama seperti Usher, Justin Timberlake, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, dan Stevie Wonder dengan versinya sendiri.

Beruntung, Scooter Braun, eksekutif marketing So So Def yang tanpa sengaja menyaksikan penampilannya di Youtube tertarik pada bakat musikalitasnya. Braun segera mengontak Bieber dan menerbangkannya ke Atlanta, Georgia untuk bertemu Usher.

Tak lama, Usher setuju mengorbitkannya melalui label rekaman Island Record pada Oktober 2008. Untuk memantapkan karier musiknya Bieber dan ibunya pindah ke Atlanta.

Selain menyanyi, Bieber juga pernah menjadi presenter untuk Grammy Awards ke-52. Prestasinya dalam dunia musik membuatnya menjadi penyanyi pop solo termuda yang mampu merajai tangga lagu dunia.

Bieber sekarang sedang mengerjakan proyek album perdananya, "My World", yang akan dirilis 17 November 2009. Albumnya akan menampilkan guest vocal Usher, yang juga tampil dalam video musiknya, "One Time". Bieber juga sedang gencar-gencarnya mempromosikan singlenya dan telah tampil dalam beberapa acara TV dan radio. Single pertamanya, "One Time" menduduki posisi ke 12 dalam Canadian Hot 100 dan posisi 26 di the Billboard Hot 100.

Bersama Miranda Cosgrove, Bieber menjadi salah satu presenter dalam 2009 MTV Video Music Awards tepat sebelum penampilan Taylor Swift. Beberapa hari sebelumnya, Bieber tampil membawakan lagu "One Time" pada MTV VMA Tour untuk mempromosikan acara tersebut. Pada 26 September 2009, Bieber tampil pada acara YTV's The Next Star, dan mengumumkan bahwa "One Time" mendapatkan Platinum di Kanada. Pada acara yang sama Bieber juga mengumumkan bahwa single keduanya, "Lonely Girl", akan segera dirilis.
